Our business currently retails goods for several automotive areas - Street Car, Race Car, Kit Car, Offroad Vehicles & one of the biggest markets for us is the Motorcycle industry. We have spent several years sourcing excellent suppliers of quality products and yet again recently we find ourselves developing our own range of products to keep up with market trends. At present we supply predominantly:- Motorcycle & Motorcycle Riders Spares & Accessories, Quality Components & Accessories for the Race, Kit, Modified Street & Drag Car Industry. Automotive Tools & Equipment for all the above. If you are unhappy in anyway with our products we will do our best to quickly bring your concerns to a mutually acceptable conclusion. Returns Policy
All returns can be arranged with Customer Services via e-mail (sales@flashcustoms.co.uk) prior to sending. In the first instance you must always contact us prior to returning goods. We accept the return of non-defective items only if they are unopened and in their original condition. A handling charge (of up to 25%) may be imposed at our discretion on the return of non-defective items.
Defective items: You can always return items if they are defective. Please note: we only accept returns of items that have been opened if they are defective. Please see "To return an item" below for details of how to return defective items to us. Where applicable, returned items will be examined and tested. If no fault can be found, the item(s) will be returned to you at your expense (typically £10 + VAT for courier delivery – subject to variations dependant on your delivery address). Therefore, please read all instructions CAREFULLY and double check with us before returning the item if necessary.
